Nicky Leeson - Operations Manager

Nicky has 15 years experience of the television industry with extensive knowledge of scheduling facilities, kit, crew and vehicles required for the smooth running of any outside broadcast. Within Motion Property, Nicky is responsible for the day to day running of the office from liaising with clients, taking bookings and ensuring that Matt & Ed are in the right place at exactly the right time!!

Matt Hardwick - Senior Cameraman

Matt started his TV career working for an internationally renowned aerial camera company where he gained experience working with all types of specialist camera systems. His knowledge and enthusiasm has been built up over 10 years working on some of the biggest multi-camera outside broadcasts, live and recorded studio work as well as single camera film shoots. His professionalism, attention to detail, artistic flair and interest in property ensures efficient, high quality work.

Ed Austin - Senior Engineer

Ed started his TV career at the same company as Matt and has been a friend and colleague ever since. Persuing the engineering path, Ed provides the technical know how required to keep Motion Property up to date with the latest cameras, editing equipment and internet movie streaming techniques. His knowledge of all things practical and his calmness in every situation, makes Ed an indispensable member of the team.
